To leave Istanbul, we took a small ferry to cross the Sea of Marmara Yalova up the other side, thus being able to admire the entire city built on 7 hills and we avoid making a hundred miles from the suburbs. Arriving in an unknown location in the mountains, we must find a place to sleep. Night falls quickly and the scene did not getting ready for camping. The only houses where we would be able to accommodate we do not and are screened. A man alerted by his dogs eventually come but do not want we open the gate. It puts us still on guard against bears and wolves that roam much on this mountainside. Completely reassured, we put our camp not far away. We have identified down home, he calls the police to come and do a few rounds from time to time to our security. We will still coffee in the morning with a big smile. It also tells us some important corners to visit Turkey as Truva and the entire coast of north-west with many small villages typical . It was very nice this guy, but he still managed to give us his nice lawn we would have stayed quiet most of our ears.
We listen to his advice and then instead of taking the direct route Izmir we go around along the coast west to the latter.
